Software that helps your business grow.Mobile apps, websites and AI tools — built and supported by one team you can reach.

[02b]Concept Lab

Popular app concepts, rebuilt live in your browser

89+ working screens across 12 product concepts — ride-sharing to neobanking. Not screenshots: every frame is real code running in this page, openable in dev tools, built as one codebase for phone, tablet and web.

Original concept studies — clearly labelled, since claiming real clients we don't have isn't our style.

[03b]Flutter-first engineering

One codebase. Every screen your customer owns.

We build with Flutter — Google's open UI toolkit — because your users don't care which store the app came from. One Dart codebase compiles to Android, iOS, web and desktop with the same design system, the same state logic, the same release day.

  • 60fps everywhere

Impeller rendering — smooth on ৳12k Androids, crisp on Retina iPhones.

  • Hot-reload velocity

Design fixes land in seconds during builds; you see progress live.

  • Web + admin included

The same widgets power your back-office console — no second project budget.

  • One team, one fix

A bug dies once and stays dead on every platform.

[03]Why Chimbuk

Why owners keep the work coming back

  • 01

AI only where it pays for itself

We add AI when it removes real work, with the costs written down. If your process does not need AI, we say so — that answer is also a deliverable.

  • 02

    We run what we sell

Three consumer apps live under our own Google Play account, updated every quarter. Your project ships through the same pipeline ours does.

  • 03

The people you meet are the people who build

A deliberately small studio: senior engineers and designers carry your project from first call to final update. No hand-off roulette.

  • 04

    Fixed scope, priced changes

Milestones against a signed brief; any change quoted at pre-agreed rates. Knowing the number is the feature.

  • 05

    You own everything

Repositories, cloud accounts, store listings and design files live in your organisation from day one. You can leave with it all, any time.

[05b]The growth playbook

We show you the map before we sell you the plane

Every engagement starts from these four moves — you keep this framework whether or not you ever hire anyone. It's the same order we run ourselves; the scroll below is the whole method in four steps.

  1. STEP 01

    Diagnose before you digitise

Most businesses don't have a software problem; they have a leak — leads lost on WhatsApp, repeat customers untracked, inventory guessed. Map one week of real operations before commissioning anything.

    • Where do customers actually find you?
    • Which 20% of work eats 80% of hours?
    • What data already exists (order books, spreadsheets)?
  2. STEP 02

    Ship the smallest honest product

A booking app that replaces 200 daily calls is worth more than a 'digital transformation' platform nobody finishes. One flow, done properly, in weeks — then iterate against usage, not opinions.

    • One user journey, end-to-end, delightful
    • Real data from day one (no fake-door builds)
    • Launch checklist: stores, analytics, backups
  3. STEP 03

Let the product sell while you sleep

Now the compounding starts: SEO-visible catalogue, app-store presence, push that respects the user, referral loops with honest numbers. This is where 'growth' stops being a poster word.

    • Search indexing + structured data wired
    • Retention: notifications with a budget (yours)
    • Measure: cohort charts, not screenshot metrics
  4. STEP 04

Add the AI layer once the rails exist

With real traffic and real data, AI earns its keep: support deflection over your own docs, demand forecasting, catalog enrichment. We audit, price and ship it with evaluation sets — or tell you to wait. Waiting is often right.

    • Use-case audit + skip-list in writing
    • Cost per action modelled at 10× traffic
    • Human fallback on every AI path

[06]FAQ

The first questions, answered straight

All answers →
How do you work with international clients?
Remote-first: two fixed daily overlap windows with your region, one shared milestone board, and a written weekly note — shipped, blocked, next. Decisions live in documents, so nothing waits on a meeting.
I see Firebase mentioned — is the backend already built?
This site launched frontend-first: content runs through a typed, adapter-based layer with a local source. The Firebase integration (Firestore content, Auth-based admin, Storage media) is the planned next phase; nothing in the UI will need rewriting for it.
How do we start?
Send the rough version — a paragraph, a spreadsheet, a napkin photo. Within one working day you get either a discovery proposal or a straight 'we're not the right fit, try this' — both are useful answers.

[08]Site as evidence

Don't take the word “responsive” — take the corner and drag it.

The card beside this paragraph is our own interface in miniature. Grab its bottom-right corner and pull: the header, the headline and the card grid reflow at the container's width, not the window's — the same technique that keeps every real page honest from 320px to 1920px. It is CSS container queries, running live, with no JavaScript deciding layout.

The numbers below are this build's own printout — page counts, budgets and timings you could reproduce from the repository in an afternoon. For us that is the only kind of stat worth animating.
